Tom DeMarco at OOP in Munich
Tom DeMarco gave a nice talk at the OOP conference in Munich. The talks was entitled “The Pillars of I.T. Performance” and the main focus was on the organizational culture. Here some pictures taken with the really bad 2mp camera of my phone.

I usually hate narrative slides. “no more than 25 words” is an articulated and written rule :), but after you’re posting it, I’ll go read something about this guy.

Actually almost all the slides were pictures, diagrams or photos, the two textual slides above are some of the few exceptions…
